Sorry — tell us what happened and we will look into it. It helps a lot if you include your browser and version, roughly how many clips you used and how long they were, and any message that appeared on screen.

For licence keys that will not activate, exports that still show a watermark after buying, or a refund within 14 days of purchase, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.
